Frequently asked questions

How do I generate a DOCX file by API?

With one call to POST /v1/documents with format: "docx" and a prompt or your Markdown. With the SDK: doconda.documents.create(format="docx", prompt="…") in Python or TypeScript. You get the links to the Word file and its PDF.

Can the Word file be edited afterwards?

Yes. Changing the font or colours in Word changes the whole document at once.

Can I use my own design?

Yes: describe the style in words ("blue headings, Lora font, page numbers"), ask for a company's design or send one of your documents as the design.

How much does it cost?

Creating a document costs from €0.30, depending on quality; reviewing one, €0.03; reading a file to Markdown is free. You get €5 of credit when you sign up and there is no subscription.
