This notice governs access to and use of the Doconda website (doconda.com and its subdomains: the documentation, the dashboard and the API). Signing up for and using the service is also governed by the terms of use, and the processing of personal data by the privacy policy.

3. Use of the website

Anyone browsing the site agrees to use it lawfully, in line with this notice and in good faith, and not to damage the site or prevent others from using it. We may change or remove content of the site at any time.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The Doconda brand, its logo, the site's design, its texts and images and the service's software belong to the owner or to whoever licensed them to it. They may not be reproduced, distributed, transformed or publicly communicated without its permission, except as the law allows. The code samples in the documentation may be used freely to integrate Doconda.

Third-party trademarks on the site (for example, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, Adobe PDF, Amazon Bedrock, Google Vertex AI or Claude) belong to their owners and are mentioned only to describe the service's compatibility; mentioning them implies no sponsorship or affiliation.

5. Liability

We take care that the site's information is correct and up to date, but it may contain errors or omissions and is not a binding offer: the conditions that apply are those of the terms of use and the prices the dashboard shows before you pay. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience; we do not control or answer for their content.

6. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that are competent under the applicable rules.
